You can delete your Vexni account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:
1. In the app
Open the Vexni app → Settings → Delete account → confirm. Your account and data are removed.
2. Request here
Enter the email or phone number linked to your Vexni account and submit. We will delete your account and data within 7 days and email you a confirmation.
✅ Request received. Your account and data will be deleted within 7 days. A confirmation will be sent to you.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone).
- Your chats, contacts, media and voice notes stored in Vexni.
- Your call history, recordings and transcripts.
- Your linked WhatsApp session is removed.
Some records required by law or for fraud prevention may be retained for a limited period, then permanently deleted.
